For more than a decade, we’ve been training people in the secrets of masterful communication using our exclusive BeRLER Communication™ technique that we created. We'll show you how communicating effectively has to do with a lot more than just the words you use. It also has to do with our emotional state, non-verbal cues, listening skills and much more. Using our innovative step-by-step communication system, our graduates are creating more fulfilling relationships, performing at higher levels, increasing their income, and more.

Life continues to challenge each of us at times and it’s up to us to put into practice what we've learned. During your Leadership Program, you get to retake a Dreamality Life seminar and practice the principles and techniques in your life on a daily basis. Yes! You don’t have to know the material perfectly in order to be Leadership Staff. It simply takes caring and a commitment to serve other students. We'll prepare you for your role and you'll even find you learn the techniques more deeply when you're interacting with and supporting new students.

You now have the option to join us live and in person in Los Angeles! At the same time, there is a camera in the room focused on Arjang and broadcast via Zoom to participants who are not local or prefer to join us online. Online participants still interact with Arjang, other Leadership Staff and seminar participants. Some session times differ depending on your choice.
